Seriously, I've played some games that are probably considered real bad, but I have to say that the game I've hated the most was Godai.
It was the biggest piece of buggy arcade action/platformer crapola I've ever played in my life. Such a disappointment, horrible controls, and so boring after the first 15 minutes of the same stuff over and over.

Well Darkitania prob wins the award for most hyped up game that didn't deliver, and didn't even come close to delievering, I mean really Romero hyped that game so much showed a lesson though. But yeah worst game ever, that's maybe a bit harsh.

Ugh I had another memory of another truly horrid game, yo noid for the nes, a game based on a mascot for Dominoes of all things, what made it really bad I remember was that the minigame after you beat a level, if you lost at it you had to do the level all over again! Fabulous.

This is probably going to shock some people, but I really hated Kings Quest 7.
I'm sure it would have been an okay game on it's own, but as a direct followup to KQ6, which imho is one of the absolute best adventure games ever created for its ingenuity and cleverness, it was just awful.
I'm a huge KQ fan, and that game actually made me cry, I found it such a disappointment as a part of my best-loved series of games.
