Unfortunately for this game, the tome 3.0 got scrapped by the author DarkGod in an exchange for the tome 4.0. Tome 4.0 is a different game.
If anybody want to keep this game on the site archive, I have a copy of the tome 3.0 to distribute.

i STRONGLY reccomend ammo creation for fighter types.... if youu search my char dump up there youll see im using artefact arrows... i created them from some kind of skeleton or something

I just got ToME version 2.3... what's different about our versions other than mine being compiled on a Linux kernel ?

Meh my lvl16 barbarian troll got diced by a death sword on lvl7...

*INSERT SPELL HERE* means "Greater INSERT SPELL HERE"
so *identify* is greater identify
*Healing* is greater healing and so on.
just means its a stronger version of it... you also get those *'s for weapon attributes like:
Long Sword of *Slay Giant* instead of Long Sword of Slay Giant...
just means its a stronger affect.
(finished the review by the way... just double...or triple checking for mistakes and stuff that needs to be added..... about time too.... this is the largest request thread )

could be you dont see yourself (if your a zombie you can see invisible so it doesnt matter)
you have to use an option that shows your character with the cursor if thats the case... but otherwise: nope... no disadvantage at all and yes its permanent (while the ring is on your finger of course)
