Extreme Warfare Revenge (or EWR) is one of the greatest wrestling games ever, and it doesnt even cost anything!  EWR takes the player backstage, where everything is decided. The player is working for promotion as a booker. His job is to make great wrestling shows.  To begin, the player must choose a difficulty and a promotion. Promotions size range from Global to backyard and every promotion has diferent rosters.  Wrestlers also have overness. Wrestlers who are "over" do usually belong to the "main event" spot and should be in every show. Many wrestlers who have lots of overness wont work for small promotions, and less-over wrestlers arent good enough for big promotions.

The biggest part of the game is the booking screen. Player has to fill the show-card with matches, angles and interviews. Player himself must book every important show, but sometimes player can let someone else do the booking for TV show.  When player books a match, he can decide all the important things; the participants, the match type, winner, finish, aftermath and purpose of the match. Angles are events where wrestlers act and stay in there character. Interviews are self-explanatory.  When the show is booked, it begins, and player receives a report and results: how did the crowd react and how good the match was. This will all depend on wrestlers skill and overness.  These shows bring money for promotion and popularity. With more popularity and money, the promotion becomes bigger, and the player can hire better wrestlers to make even better show.

There are many small things in EWR. Wrestlers have friends, enemies and relatives.  There are websites which tell about news and rumors.  There's the promotion risk, tv-deal, sponsors, Japan-tours, injuries, rivals.....etc. The big world of wrestling is well simulated into a perfect game.  The game also has editor. With this magical tool, player can make their own wrestlers, promotions, tv-shows and even sponsors! If youre not happy with promotion, make your own! Is your favourite wrestler from the 80's dead? Resurrect him and make him fight against today's top superstars like Triple H, Big Show or The Rock!

About the game pictures: Wrestlers, workers and promotions can have pictures. Because the game is unoffical, it doesnt come with the pictures. You can just google all the pics or look for various sites for picture packs.  About the roster: This game includes 32 promotions and 4103 wrestlers. Every promotion and wrestler are real, except special Pro Wrestling Abandonia and its wrestlers, which are made by me. The promotion's rosters have been taken from the year 2006 summer. There are also many other rosters from many years on the internet.
